    Hey Trev,
    Steve was telling me about a home in his neighborhood that is for sale and you knew about it. I was wondering if you could let me know about it or tell me how to find out about it.

    Yeah…it’s no longer on the market. Was pretty sweet though. $40k fixer-upper. Probably needed $100k of mostly dyi work.

    Bad neighborhood but awesome deal. So are you thinking about moving to KC?

    I’m not thinking seriously about moving, but am going to keep a watchful eye toward KC. There is a lot of opportunities in the field of Library Science there and I can work on my current master’s degree up there, as well. I just don’t want to stay in Springfield, and I need to work in a library for the experience, but Springfield pays sh%t.
